Tithe was chosen by God as the Biblical method of financing the spread of His Word and the prospering of His believers. In Malachi 3:8-12, God declares the promises He makes to those who are obedient in tithing. The New Testament book of 1 Cor. 16:2 decrees on the first day to bring in that which prospered you.
